Do you set “New Year’s Goals”? At the end of every year, I always set personal and professional goals.
Last year at this time I knew I was coming to a period in my life where I’d have a lot of free time to sit, create, and promote due to my knee replacement surgery in January 2024. Determined, I wasn’t going to waste that time doing nothing. I set a business goal to get 100 products on my Etsy store and hoped to get at least 100 sales during the year.
A lot has changed in my Etsy store, at the beginning of the year I had more time to watch products and determine which ones weren’t doing well. I removed all the ones that weren’t doing well. Then I added 187 new products rather than the 100 for my 2024 goal. It’s been a busy year!
Last night as I was climbing into bed, I looked at my phone and noticed I had reached my 100th sale. Hallelujah! I took a screenshot of it (photo above) and thanked God for the sale. This morning I woke up to another sale.
Instinct says I should set another goal to reach a new level, but that would diminish reaching the 100 sales goal. Instead, I think a celebration is in order. I’m going to work on setting up a giveaway!
Stay tuned for giveaway details! I’m not big on a lot of emails but I’m going to put an additional email out about it ASAP! If you aren’t yet signed up for emails you can enter your email below to get the giveaway details as soon as they come out.
