I was inspired by a design I found on Pinterest, so I’ve decided to create some quilt blocks just for you! My goal is to make 12 quilt blocks between April this year and March next year. If you’re a subscriber to my website, you’ll get all these quilt blocks for free. Not a subscriber yet? No problem, you can sign up below. Once you do, I’ll give you a password that will let you download the quilt blocks in a PDF format.
What can you do with these free quilt blocks?
These patterns are great for creating a variety of items. You can make beautiful quilts, carry-all tote bags, display them in frames, turn them into decorative throw pillows, or even add a unique touch to denim jackets or shirts by using individual patterns. There are so many possibilities!

What supplies are needed to get started?
- Needles
- Fabric (save yourself some time and get the pre-cut!)
- Hoop
- Printer
- Fabric transfer pens (I love these!)
- A sunny window or light box
- DMC floss (I don’t include color suggestions with this pattern)
- Scissors
The pattern is 7.5 inches by 7.5 inches so you will need a piece of fabric big enough to accommodate the pattern. I would suggest that if you intend to use it as a throw pillow or sew it into a quilt, that you allow extra fabric for seams. I’m going to stitch my blocks onto fabric that is at least 10×10 inches, and a 12 inch square would be better.
